Re-paint [10 Dec 2009|03:47am] craftgrrl [drowningmermaid] I haven't painted in a long time and have decided I need to do it more often. I love it. For this craft, it's a wooden Santa decoration (about 2 ft. tall) we were given. I repainted (the original job was flaking and not to mention horrible). I have no idea how old this wooden Santa is, but now he looks MUCH better. Probably better than he's ever looked (aside from when he had leaves and a tree trunk and all that jazz). One of these days I'll remember before pictures BEFORE I repaint something. Here's the after shots: ( two detail shots ) I'm SO happy with this Santa. I can't stop looking at him.
